Table Lamp “SØHOLM”

This 1960s table lamp is an item from the Danish ceramic manufacturer SØHOLM.

This lamp was designed by designer and ceramic artist Einar Johansen.

The matte, pale blue ceramic gives off a warm, Nordic feel.

*The shade is a clip-on type that fits onto the bulb, so if the bulb is extremely small it may not fit. However, a standard E26 bulb will work.

*The plugs and wiring have been replaced with new ones, so you can use it with confidence.

*The outlets have been replaced with Japanese standard ones.

A pottery workshop founded in 1835 on the small Danish island of Bornholm.

It is famous for having had many designers active there until it closed in 1996.

Even now, after the store has closed, the brand has many fans both in Japan and abroad.
