Pendant Lamp “SCE”

This matte white glass pendant lamp is made by SCE in the 1970s or 1980s.

SCE is a French lighting manufacturer that also manufactured Charlotte Perriand's CP-1.

The position of the bulb has been carefully calculated so that when the lampshade is turned on, the light gradually becomes brighter from the dark top.

At first glance it looks like simple frosted glass, but upon closer inspection it is actually "glazed" - dark white glass on the inside and translucent glass on the outside.

*The connection is a hook ceiling.
